Defined as:

You go down the road and see some poor turtle stranded on top of a post. What you can surmise is that the poor thing didn't get up there itself, and can't get down by itself. You know that somebody had to put him up there.

(my response to the original posting was that I'd help this "post turtle" down, with my hockey stick).

Anyway, I noticed that W appeared to be sitting on a "post".
