I just found out one of my best friend's cancer has spread...

I just found out one of my best friend's cancer has spread...
She's been doing chemo on fridays, and she's just now telling me. She's had a brain tumor since I've known her, and now it's spread. There's a spot on her lung, on her stomach lining, and on her liver. I'm horribly upset, especially because of the thoughts I've been having lately. Can you guys send prayers and good vibes and thoughts her way? She's a strong girl, but I'm a mess.
