What a beatiful weekend here in Southern California.

Yesterday I went surfing with a buddy at Venice Beach. The wave were small gentle and had very good shape. The water was smooth, clear but too cool (60-61f) to surf without wetsuits. It was so clear that as the waves peaked up you could see tiny fish swimming in the crests, and the bigger fish swimming along the sandy bottom. The temperature along the coast is in the lower 80's

Today I rowed around the San Pedro harbor to check on my boat and if I had more time I would have just pulled in my oars and drifted about enjoying the beautiful weather.

Whats the weather like in your neck of the woods?

2. nice in the daytime (almost 70) but almost freezing at night

and this house is freaking cold! wore shorts for my walk this afternoon and now I'm sitting at the computer with fleece shirt and pants, socks, warm slippers, a jacket and gloves on!
