Well...They make you want to take a shower; they make you want to be nice; they make your life sweeter by just being in it; they most likely will cook for you...

For the heterosexual men, they are someone to love...

I used to think women were something special - softer, gentler, and in general, more loyal and gracious than men. In a way, I put women on a pedastal.

Now, I have come to realize that women are as selfish and shallow as men. Their selfishness and shallowness just reveals itself in different, and more subtle ways.

Of course, that doesn't apply to *all* women. There are wonderful women in this world, and they have my admiration and affection. Just as there are wonderful men who have my admiration as well.

I guess I've just lost my *romanticized* notion of women in general. Which is probably a good thing. It is always good to have your eyes open. And knowing that women aren't really anything special, will make me appreciate the ones who *are* special that much more.

built on trust, equality and mutual admiration.

Same with menses. The reason I am subjectively glad that there are wimminses on Earth is that they defuse the testoserone rollercoaster of machismo, king-of-the-hill, aggressive, egotistical bullshit that has caused so many of our problems.
