Also write neatly and clear on blackboard. And talking slow. Find troublemakers! Whiny jerkasses go office complaining on my not speak good. Office, knowing I can speaked Englishlike just dandy fine, no so very nice to troublemaking whine-makers. After two maybe or three week, all be gone troublemakers! Then one day begin I gradual introduce normal English syntax into the brokenly I talk, until by ending lecture I was speaking quite normally. Titters there and here and there as are students catch on, and thyen the whole class suddenly broke out laughing. We all got along great after that

Good grammar, of course, can be a big help, but you can make yourself perfectly clear, even if your command of a language is imperfect, simply by arranging your ideas in an appropriate logical manner
