M-hetero, F-hetero, M-gay, F-gay might be just the beginning. There could be a whole continuum. Even those who are squarely in the hetero camp, can have a range of what I might label as gender non-conformity. There are men who love babies, domesticity and other traditionally feminine things and dislike sports. There are women who love machines, Nascar, but are not interested in girly things.
