1. Damn. Got sufficient stuff to keep 'warm' tonite, or sufficient $ to sleep out?

2. Well, we tried the electric heaters, but they tripped the fuse box. I've just
piled extra blankets on all the beds and we'll hope for the best.

It's in the 20s here which isn't too bad, there's no wind which is excellent, and there's heat tape on the pipes under the trailer. So we'll make it ok.

6. If you haven't tried...
Spread the heaters out in house. I'm attempting electric heaters this year due to lack of oil money. If I have 2 heaters on the same breaker, the breaker trips.

G'luck and stay as warm as possible.

Catch some water just in case. Especially for coffee and to flush the toilet ;)

9. Unfortunately that doesn't work. There's like a single line running from one
end to the other that almost all the outlets are on, so no matter how we spread it out we seem to trip it. Trailers are pretty dumb that way. :(

3. might be a good time to put your biggest kettle on the back burner...
....with either some soup or just some water simmering on the lowest notch -- I would just let it simmer all night and it would give you some warmth at least.

A quick way to get a little blast of heat is to turn the shower on for a couple of minutes on hottest water.

4. In a pinch, you can use your oven for emergency heat
Just turn it on and leave the door open. Good luck!

12. We called our furnace guy and he's going to pick one up and swap out
the old one. Hopefully he doesn't have to go all the way to Portland for it. :hi:
