They will not even make it to the Series this year. You heard it here first. I will also bet that the beloved Whitesox win more games this year than the Cubs.

It can't get too much worse then what happened in last year's playoffs. Unless they go 60-102 and finish in last place.

7. The Cubs lost a big fan this week
Her name was Sue Lynn, she was a very dear friend to many, a much loved co-worker, and a big Chicago Cubs and Iowa Hawkeye fan. She passed away at age 48 after a six month battle with leukemia this past Saturday. Maybe she can help them out from where she is now.
