Question though:
Do distant MFM relations use other appendages to their advantage, or is it *just* fingers and toes? Which of course begs the further question as to whether or not everything has to be in the middle... Is there a PinkyToedMom? Or even more distantly, a BigToedTom?

Or perhaps something different from hands and feet entirely? :shrug:
