1. Earlier in this millennium, when they were in one against the Pats,
(unlike certain other NFC East teams which shall remain nameless :P ), I thought they should have tried to get McNabb involved in the onside kick at the end of the game. Akers is probably the best kicker in the league in terms of skills like, say, hitting a penatly flag from fifteen yards away, and McNabb was on the bench for Syracuse's national championship basketball team. So basically, Akers kicks it to a predetermined spot, and McNabb goes up and gets the "rebound". Had they done this, recovered, and scored, we might not even be having this discussion.

2. They're the only team in that division
that hasn't beat the Denver Broncos in a Super Bowl.

As long as the dog torturer is affiliated with that team, I hope they lose every game they play.

6. My team hasn't won any Super Bowls
Edited on Fri Jan-28-11 02:44 PM by JonLP24
but this does bring up and interesting discussion I had with myself last night. Every time the Cardinals played for a title was against a Pennsylvania team. 1925 against Pottsville, PA(which Pottsville deserves), Philadelphia in 1947 and 1948. The Cards won the one in 1947. 2008 against Pittsburgh and they played Philadelphia for the NFC title.

It makes me think there is something Pennsylvanian about the so-called 1925 NFL Championship curse.

On edit-Hey mad, the 1948 title was played during a blizzard. :P

8. They are lulling everyone else into a false sense of security....besides,
they have been rebuilding for the last few years...

FWIW, I believe Vick will be gone in March so you can hate them less...he will be a free agent.
