It would almost seem you spend as much time at Facebook. Sad, and yet, I'm happy you're able to keep up with beloved DUers there. I wish the people who left knew that we still care and miss them. But I can't blame them,there are times when I get so angry with my fellow DUers but I've seen what this motley crew can do when we pull together. May we soon show another demonstration of that if the workers rights fights get legs. I think this could be a great organizing force as it has been in the past.

72. Maddy's didn't laugh, it just grinned, and it had human teeth.
The frog just bared his human teeth every few seconds. Very cute. She flamed out a few years ago. Got mad at someone and basically flew a Zero into the poop deck. Sad. I liked her, but she very definitively burned her bridge when she left.

I remember a couple of Molly-based names, and I think I sort of remember the laughing creature thing you're talking about, but I can't come up with a full name or image. It wasn't Maddy, though.

When I first came to DU a very long time ago, she was one of the first people who would talk to me.
I think she was in Houston, Texas.
She used to tell funny stories of her little daughter and the school she went to.

And, she had a cool screen name.

DU was interfering with his writing and not as the result of some tragedy, but I still wonder if he'll stop by ever again. He was one of the only DUers to defend me during the "BlueIris's baby names suck" Lounge threads of '06, so I will always remember him fondly.

Yes, I'm still on the road.

It looks like our 5 weeks of unpaid vacation is finally over ~ thank heavens.
We will be saying goodbye to North Miami and heading to Brunswick, Maine for a pick up to be delivered in New Orleans.
My insurance agent keeps telling me that earning an honest living shouldn't be this hard.

I truly hope our streak of bad luck is behind us.
