Redskins owner Dan Snyder throws a fit...

Snyder filed the lawsuit against the weekly paper and its parent company, Atalaya Capital management LP, in New York State Supreme Court on Wednesday. The suit seeks at least $1 million in damages for each of the two causes of action, plus punitive damages.

The cover story entitled “The Crazy R******s Fan’s Guide to Dan Snyder,” has an altered photo of the owner with horns and a beard drawn in pen. The suit claims the weekly newspaper used “lies, half-truths, innuendo and anti-Semitic imagery to smear, malign, defame and slander” Snyder.

Parody- which this WAS is protected speech. His suit claims that they said he used Agent Orange. No, the fucking article said you went Agent Orange like on the trees near your house to get a better view of river. Which everyone in DC KNOWS IS THE TRUTH. LEARN TO READ YOU LITTLE ASSHOLE!

The courthouse doors are wide open for overrich bastards who have hunted down one instance where life isn't fair against them (as opposed to life's standard unfairness in their relentless favor) and must be redressed. From what I've heard of Mr. Snyder, it might be that his cause of action should be styled "definition of character" rather than slander.

BTW- what was it 4 coaches ago- Schottenheimer was a great coach. He had a proven record and god knows he was due to finally push through. But no you went chasing after Spurrier, resereacted a ghost in Gibbs, went batshit with Zorn, and now Shanahan.

I might have missed one. And I am not a Skins fan I just live in Richmond where we get Skins games in November that mean NOTHING.
