Of course, I can't remember the name, and the lyrics aren't particularly special...a lot of "come on come on come on" and "your outsides are in, your insides are out" (or some such)
but I've always loved the cowbell. Not as good as Hugh Masakela, but, still...
On edit: I just looked it up, it's Everybody's Got Something to Hide Except for Me and My Monkey!
And it certainly doesn't hide the cowbell.

3. I didn't try your link. There is cowbell out there. I have never had

any problem finding cowbell. There are many out there. If you haven't found them, maybe you don't get around enough.
