That phrase ranks right there with the now thankfully past phrase "paradigm shift" as one of the most over-used phrases.

Any one else tired of it?

just an awful way to talk. Unless you're going for an outside-the-box paradigm shift, then it's the right thing to say.

Another phrase I don't like is "At this point in time." I say "now."
