What doi you do to calm down?
I'm a little angry - okay, very angry - right now.

How do you calm yourself down when you're angry?

5. Great question
As I've been very angry for the last week and a half. My cure has been to drink and smoke heavily. It's a temporary solution until my samurai sword is delivered.

13. Gilligan's Island theme song?
Just sit right back and you'll hear a tale
a tale of a fateful trip,
that started from this tropic port,
aboard this tiny ship.
The mate was a mighty sailin' man,
the Skipper brave and sure,
five passengers set sail that day,
for a three hour tour,
a three hour tour.

The weather started getting rough,
the tiny ship was tossed.
If not for the courage of the fearless crew
the Minnow would be lost.
The Minnow would be lost.

The ship aground on the shore of this uncharted desert isle
with Gilligan,
the Skipper too.
A millionaire and his wife,
a movie star,
the proffessor and Mary Ann,
here on Gilligan's Isle.

(Ending verse)

So this is the tale of our castaways,
there here for a long long time.
They'll have to make the best of things,
it's an uphill climb.
The first mate and his Skipper too
will do their very best,
to make the others comf'terble
in their tropic island nest.
No phone ,no lights, no motor car,
not a single luxury
like Robinson Crusoe
it's primitive as can be.
So join us here each week my friends,
you're sure to get a smile,
from seven stranded castaways
here on Gilligan's Isle!

8. Smoke pot or exercise
Well not now. Potential job, you know. Of course, you have to want to calm down and want to not be angry. Pot works with your mind but doesn't make anything happen that you don't let happen.
If you are the exercising type, a hard work out does wonders. Even if you are not the exercise type, you could walk around the block or something.
If you have someone strong and sympathetic, talking about it helps sometimes, but I have been scared and have scared people away like this.

12. Can you tell me how to silence the mind?
Last night, I almost never went to sleep b/c I was furious and couldn't stop thinking about it and crying. Then, my husband says I talked in my sleep all night.

All of the above or sometimes singly.
