OK, explain Karen Hughes to me

I just watched the Daily Show, and I don't get the outrage. Now, I admit I have never seen her anywhere else, but to me her interview came off as a fluff piece. She didn't say anything! About all that she did say was about Stewart's comment on Kerry snowboarding, and that it was a good thing invading Iraq. I don't agree with either thing at all, but it's nothing I haven't heard already from meaner sources. She really came off as uninformed to me, more than anything else. An uninformed soccer mom. So I'm not sure why the outrage on the boards.

Cognitive dissonance. Meal ticket. Let's not think about life....the closest it came to her real essence is when Stewart asked her if it was hard to think up barbs against people who are decent...she immediately said no...We aren't people to her...

and I did like it. I still don't see the rage...
I guess, my feeling is this-Ann Coulter enrages me. Particularly because so many people pay attention to her, even thow she is entirely full of $hit and evil to the core. Karen Hughes? She's like an Amway rep. Ignore her and she'll go away.
Can you imagine her book selling more than 10,000 copies? I bet the back half of it is all recipes! I just can't bring myself to care somehow.

She and people like her are the most evil...they appear nice and they will look at you straight in the eye and cut your throat.
Beware those who appear benign....

At least Ann Coulter tells you who she is...
