Today's quick sauce

Start with five cans of Hunts garlic and herb sauce. Add 1lb of browned ground turkey and 1lb of browned ground buffalo. 1 vidalia onion, 1 small pack of baby portabellos, some italian seasoning, tons of garlic, a little basil and two table spoons of Cholula sauce. Let simmer over low heat for a few hours and serve over your favorite pasta (penne for me tonight) and generous loaves of garlic bread on the side. Freeze the leftovers.

Yummy :P

White meat & red sauce is just wrong.

7. here's another -

vegetable stock, cook it down a bit with the veggies you've just sauteed (onion, garlic, broccoli, whatever...),

add a T of lemon juice and about 6 T of cream cheese... toss with pasta.

very simple. very tasty. (add seasonings of your choice)
