God, this is sooooo difficult...
1. Thick, huge Porterhouse steak, medium rare, grilled
2. Cheek meat - beef, pork, red snapper, doesn't matter. Cheek meat kicks ass. Grilled or braised, doesn't matter.
3. Shellfish - lobster, shrimp, clams, mussels, oysters, crawfish, etc. How cooked? doesn't matter. Any way at all - boiled, steamed, grilled, chowdered, souped, asian-style, New Orleans-style, New England style... whatever.
But I had to leave out tuna sashimi or sushi; pork chops; chinese style barbeque pork; uni (raw or grilled); unagi in teriyaki sauce; grilled sardines; tako in its many various forms; lamb chops; leg of lamb; goat; rabbit; squirrel; southern fried chicken...
