2. The actress that played his COS was awful imho...

6. She just didn't have the gravitas to pull off the role of a CoS imo...
..she played the character as being too weak, and I just don't think that's possible in a presidential CoS...

7. You've got a point--after her matter-of-fact acceptance of things going wrong
in the early part of the movie, her performance became weaker.

4. I thought the story-line about his daughter (the thief's daughter) was pointless and
brought the movie down. Otherwise, good flick!

The one movie adaptation I really liked was A&E's Pride and Prejudice. Of course, they had six hours to tell the story.
