Great series. Detroit battled back, but San Jose held on.

They've got the hometown advantage. Plus, a mouthful of sharp, dagger-like teeth.

Amazing series. Detroit was awesome coming back like that. They were going all out tonight and it certainly could have gone either way. Great hockey!

I always love a classic matchup. Looking forward to the Canucks, though.

8. Yes it will. Good luck to Vancouver.
This will turn out to be one of the best Stanley Cups. Great hockey being played.

6. I thought this was some kind of a tease post
then I realized they must have moved the faceoff up an hour to accommodate Eastern time zone viewers -- including those in Detroit.

9. And a Stanley-sized cup of STFU for Jeremy Roenick
who only played here at the tail end of his career, then decided to pop off in the middle of the series and call out Patrick Marleau as "gutless". That would be the Marleau who scored the series-winner. :P

11. Joe Thornton played his best game tonight.
Canucks/Sharks should be a great series. :) Still picking the Canucks, but the Sedins need to step it up.
