Are Mrs. V. and I DU's only klutzes?

We're a peach of a pair. I have a bruise on the back of my hand that's shaping up to be a fine little bullseye. It's going to be lovely. I asked an IP attorney at work today if he could get it patented for me.

Mrs. V. broke her toe last night when the vacuum cleaner, parked in the office, jumped out without warning and attacked her.

We were made for each other.

Who are our other DU klutzes? C'mon, 'fess up. You're in good company!

I have dreams and end up jumping out of bed while I'm still asleep, hitting the wall, breaking 3 ribs and then waking up.

I try to avoid stepping on one of my cats and end up stubbing my toe on the wall and breaking it.

I find the one smidgen of crushed ice that fell from the icemaker and I fall flat out on my back.

I catch my toes in the bedspread and take a headlong nosedive onto the floor. While my nose was very bloody at least it wasn't broken.

Should I go on?

I'll give you one more example and it's the most recent one. This happened about 6 weeks ago or so. (Right around the time I sent off the TENS unit)

When I get up in the middle of the night to visit the necessary I try my best not to fully wake up. Otherwise I won't be able to go back to sleep.

So, this particular night I made my way to the bathroom, took care of business and headed back to bed. My house is an old house so the bathroom is in the hall. I'm half asleep negotiating the hallway just fine, I see the alarm clock light which is my beacon for the bed and WHAM!!! I walk right into the edge of the bedroom door. Did I mention I woke up in a hurry?

The Postmaster must have wondered what in the heck I'd been doing since I had 2 black eyes. My sweetie wouldn't go out in public with me because he didn't want to be accused of domestic violence.

I am a world class klutz!

Neither of our birds talk very well. I suppose that's a good thing, because otherwise they'd say nothing but, "Ow. Damn!" and so forth.
I injure myself on my desk at work pretty frequently.

Drinks on table often place themselves in my arm's path on their own volition, much to the next chair's person chagrin.

I am building a new computer, and don't want to try it until it is done. Tried it on my existing home PC, and had some problems which turned out to be hardware-related.
So, this time next week I should be done with my new one.
Then I will.

I managed to fall down the bag chute
