Need help DU!
I have a tough choice. I want to know what is the better company for TV, be it cable or satellite.

3. One thing I do like about cable is on demand.
I have all the movie channels on demand. You can also order new movies.

5. Have DirecTV. Far superior to the cable services I've previously had.
The only issue I have with Direct is the bullshit they put you through when equipment needs replaced.

6. I prefer cable.

I had Dish Network for years. But every time it rained or clouded up I would lose the signal. I finally got fed up and switched to Comcast. No problems now. A couple of times, it went out when the squirrels chewed the cables outside. That screws me up because I also have Comcast Internet and phone service. And they are all connected to the cable modem.

7. We ditched Comcast and switched to DirecTV.

We have been satisfied with it and have had no weather-related problems (we are in PA with bad winters, strong wind, and lots of thunderstorms!) They have way too many infomercial channels though.

I detest Comcast and got rid of it because they moved MSNBC to a higher tier.
