One strange tip for a small belly
I an SO sick of these ads everywhere!! I know that they likely lead to the same site that tries to peddle some sort of at-home money making schemes, and other really idiotic schemes. But I have been desperately trying not to be curious about the answer to this problem about flattening my tummy.

I always figure that if enough people clicked on the link, and found some sort of cure for belly fat that it would be leaked to the outside world and end up as free knowledge.

So tell me--who knows the secret of cutting down on stomach fat, other than the common sense solution of counting calories, doing situps and other toning procedures? I want to know if I can just have a whole cake (or quart of ice cream) every day for the rest of my life in order to keep my belly flat. It would sure be nice to find that out!

flatten any stomach in seconds.............

and get rid of that annoying question of 'Do these pants make my butt look big??'

3. No non-surgical shortcuts, sorry.
As bodybuilders like to say, "Abs are made in the kitchen."

4. I can tell you from experience
that the quart of ice cream or whole cake won't do it. I've tried.

There is no way to spot reduce "belly fat". Fat is burned at the same rate throughout the body. A proper diet, and exercise (both aerobic and anaerobic) will reduce overall fat over time.

5. do you eat a lot of carbs?
Eating carbs seems to go right to your tummy (I have heard this from a gym trainer). I am a vegetarian and am guilty of eating a lot of carbs (I happen to love bread, pasta, etc) and I have to admit it goes right to my tummy.

And, yes, all those other things you mentioned.

8. Agreed
Keep away from carbs, and give up soda. For some reason, people just can't stop drinking that stuff. Even diet soda is bad for you. I drink almost none at all.

Also, the whole modern concept of eating until you're full is a problem. By the time you're full, you may have eaten twice as much as you should. Sometimes I'm still a little hungry after a meal, but I know that feeling will pass, and it does.

I satisfy my psychological needs for food by drinking hot tea. I don't sweeten it. I drink tea all day long. It's good for you, and can satisfy your cravings (Not 100%, but discipline is part of it too, ya know).

I admit I have incentives that some of you don't. I have orthopedic disabilities that would put me in a wheelchair if I gain too much weight. Also, since my wife got cancer, we've been on a strict cancer-fighting diet (stricter for her than for me).

Something we're just now experimenting with: Mix up your own salad dressing by combining plain yogurt with lemon juice or other flavorings. It looks like ranch dressing, and has a kind of tangy flavor. You can drown your salad in it , and it will only make it healthier.

9. funny user name.
I make a plain yogurt/fresh squeezed lemon dressing too for salad. I often put basil or dill in it too. LOVE IT (It's also good on cold pasta salad, but we are not supposed to be talking about pasta here are we?) lol

there's also a similar "soup" that is middle eastern, you grate a cucumber, mix it with plain yogurt, a little oil and dill and because the cucumber is very watery, it comes out like a soup. In Indian restaurants it's called Raita. Great for the summer and good protein, low fat. DELICIOUS

6. Stomach fat is body fat.
It just shows more there. ;)

Increase physical activy and reduce caloric intake. There are no short-cuts to losing weight.

7. Exercise.

Belly fat is susceptible to exercise, and usually** is the first to go when an exercise routine is implemented. My problem is implementing the exercise routine.

**I just felt like qualifying it with a 'your results may vary' statement :)

10. Liposuction can help
I'm not kidding. Lots of people do it after they've tried everything else.
