When I closed, I felt both exhilarated and completely freaked out at the same time.

About how I feel now. My phone-phobic dad just called me to congratulate me, so I'm pretty shure it's a sign of the apocalypse. :rofl:

8. It's in a great location, close to everything
There's not really a down market area in Montreal - and this area is pretty stable, real estate-wise.

We've actually been renting the place for 2 and a half years, and my landlady was ready to sell, and I love the place. It worked out pretty well for everybody. :)
