I know what that's all about.

Seriously, I know that those cooks have a hard and thankless job performing like caged monkeys for the entertainment of fat business assholes and need to cut-loose but making a 3' bas relief of a phallus on the hibachi out of gelatinous rice (you see, it weeps a milky fluid as it scorches) for the entertainment of horrifying the clients is tacky.

It's also not a very good way to make tips.
