Radiation Therapy Studio Diary - Day One
Radiation Therapy is a legacy art project began in 2003 when we were unsure if my brother would survive the aftermath of the radiation treatment on his neck and head 9 years earlier. He's still alive and creating and getting stronger thanks to a tube that gave him his breath back and another that allows him to eat. The slow, "non-emergency" of radiation degradation went untreated for years because he was uninsured.

Saturday 7/30/2011 marked the first recording session of our fifth album. Stay tuned for more updates and videos and be part of the process. I am thankful that my brother is still around to jam with.

1. That sounds A LOT like my son & his band's pre-jamming (?) sessions.
That was, maybe, 10 years ago & he no longer is playing with a band. Brings back fond memories. He has a room in his home where he keeps his equipment & still likes to play, though.

I'm glad your brother is doing so well!
