AT&T Billing Mystery SOLVED but not RESOLVED!...
Finally, after calling AT&T every month since October 2010, it has been discovered that not only did they upgrade the business DSL, they ADDED a second DSL (which we did not need or want or request, etc) and charged us for it.

The second DSL was removed (was it ever installed?) but the bill cannot be changed because the original "promotion" was also removed (during the unrequested upgrade) and the old one is no longer available.

The ONLY solution according to AT&T is to UPGRADE to a new promotion which will supposedly lower the bill. Sounds great, doesn't it? But that's what they said in October 2010. :banghead:

Do you think the FCC would consider this to be fraudulent? They have helped me in the past with other phone companies.

When we signed up, there was no competition in the area. I think there may be now so that's what I will concentrate on.
