Who else hates this daylight savings time change
I normally go to bed at 9:30 pm because I have to be up by 4:30 a.m. So, with this time change, I will really be going to bed at 8:30 p.m (that is if I can fall asleep that early) and awaking at 3:30 a.m. This totally throws off your body clock. I envy those who live in the states that don't recognize this inane time change.

1. It would be ok if they just left it at daylight savings time year-round.
Switching back and forth twice a year is irritating.

19. See the other Hoosiers who posted below - it's most of the state,
but some of the northern counties, especially next to Chicago, do the usual dance.

11. Not all of Indiana avoids daylight savings time.
Floyd and Clark counties stay on Louisville, Kentucky time. It's a nuisance for my students, many of whom have long commutes from towns to our north (I teach at a regional campus of Indiana University down here).

14. You've got to read today's edition of
'non sequiter' in the Sunday comics - gives the best answer I've ever seen to all those fools who talk about gaining an hour of daylight.

17. I hate it.
I don't understand why we still do it. From what I understand, DST was started so that people would have more daylight hours and use less electricity during the summer.

18. Hoosier Standard Time..be glad your not Indiana
The state is divided between EST & Central, and parts of the state og on Daylight Savings Time and parts dont. So, it gets pretty confusing in the Crossroads of America.
