I was on call all weekend. And the house was dry last night.

Tonight, I picked up some beer to go with my gyro platter, and I'm just relaxin'...

 :9

How is everybody this evening?...

3. Getting ready to go back to work
After being off all summer. Ugh! Didn't help that we had a 5.9 earthquake here in VA today. NOT used to THAT and it was very unnerving! I might have a margarita just to take the edge off. There's been one aftershock about an hour and a half ago, but I didn't feel that. I'm used to staying up until around 3:00 a.m., so getting up at 6:30 tomorrow morning won't be that easy! :hi:

9. Thanks
We're all good. Know some people who have three neighbors who might have lost their homes, right at the epicenter. We just don't have the quakes here and it was pretty scary. One day at work without the kiddies (middle schoolers) tomorrow, then they come for orientation and to pick up schedules on Thursday. That'll be the crazy day this week. Hit the ground with classes starting Monday.

13. That's one of the many great things about Canada.
You get to say 'lingual' a lot... :P

19. I'm a Pinot Grigio virgin, I'm afraid.
I don't know if I've ever had any. I tend to stick with reds.
