anybody know any trails through the state of Kansas to Colorado?

Through to get to Washington state. Any suggestions?Please Remember we have less that $200. Will take all advice. Happy we are leaving Joplin, there is nothing here for many of us.

1. I am alos looking for hiking trails for going from Colorado to Washinton

As well as Camping areas that are cheep or free. Will take any info from anybody. Any exprerance that some have had doing anything like this will be welcomed!
