Poll question: Daily Show or Colbert Report?
I think Jon Stewart is better in the interview department, because Stephen insists on staying in character, and that makes it more difficult to conduct honest interviews.

But overall, I think that Stephen Colbert is an absolute genius, and that his program is a masterpiece of high performance art that may never be equaled. I vote for Colbert.

2. I say both
They are so different, it is difficult to compare them. Colbert makes me laugh more, but Stewart takes some important, but funny, jabs at the wingnuts.

4. Daily Show
I love Colbert, but Stewart really hits them where it hurts.

5. I find myself turning off TDS after the first half
Really not interested in their 14th interview of John McCain or some RWer pimping their new book.

I vote for Colbert.

6. REally?! Colbert is beating Beefstew???
If it wasn't for Beefstew, there'd be no Colbert REport.

7. Here's another vote for both
My night is not complete with out my TDS CR 1 2 punch

I HATE when they are in reruns though...I want new. My DVR doesn't record the reruns so when I get in bed on Monday night and go to recorded shows and don't see a new Daily Show being recorded it makes my night suck. But then I get caught up on Conans and that helps a little but not enough.

8. Usually Daily Show is just a bit better but...
That might be reversed if the order I watched them was reversed since they seem to often cover the same material. Both are awesome though.
