Is there an alternative to RealPlayer?
I have never had luck with that software, and need a way to listen to AA.

1. YES!!! There is life after UnRealPlayer!!
The appropriately-named RealAlternative, and thanks to DUer Postman for the link! It's worked just fine for me so far

I recommend downloading this instead, to hell with the virus known as RealPlayer:

5. coool
i'm downloading it now.
I'm no fan of realplayer, after tweaking it to stop connecting for updates, shutting off messages from it and disabling everything on it i could, i found it worked okay, but hearing from others how eeevill it is, this may be the alternative i've been looking for.

thanks,
dp

6. But what about this?
"You do need a player that is capable of playing RealMedia. "

8. Never mind
It installs a program that replaces RP. I was worried that I'd have to have a copy of RP on my computer, but I've got the Alternative working fine.

2. Yes, it's called... wait for it...
"Real player alternative"! I've been using it for awhile now and it works like a champ with absolutely no ads or spyware.

4. A.K.A.
Windows Media Player Classic. It's not even a Realplayer looking alternative. :-)

I use Media Player. Not that MP's that great either, but it doesns't have all the crap that runs in the background that RP does (not counting Windows, you Linux people!).

And MP will play Real Media files.

9. DEFINITELY get Real Alternative!
If you got a broadband connection, you will be connected to the Air America stream almost instantly. Real One sucks!
