How does how it hangs on the roll affect the acquisition or avoidance of shit deposits under the fingernails?

6. because when you have it under,
you get like 1 sheet at a time. This leads to inadequate amounts of paper being used, hence it ends up on your hands.

8. Why do you get one sheet at a time?
I never have any trouble procuring an adequate supply no matter how it's situated on the roll (although over is the only proper way to hang it)

9. the paper drags against the holder
more when its under. more friction means paper tears easier. you just must be gifted in asswipe procurement :P

the TP usually sits on the bathtub side. When I need some, I just pick it up there and use it.
