he's the FitnessMadeSimple guy who advertises relentlessly on cable. He's f'ing CREEPY looking!!! EWWW!

3. I haven't seen his video but
the commercials tout him as a "fitness professional." Because he was an ab model.

He's not in good enough shape to be a professional bodybuilder, the fact that his abdominal muscles look good is mostly due to genetics.

I wouldn't buy what he's selling.
