On Edit: People do some crazy shit and sometimes it ends up as a Darwin Award. One particular case comes to mind. A guy wanted to bungie jump off of a bridge that was say 100' above ground level. He got a bungie cord that was 100' - unstretched. Um, yeah, it wasn't pretty.

You can find Youtube videos of people driving up and down it in the past.
