Shows with the best theme music?
My choice: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0cfRjmZX7_U (Game of Thrones. Never saw the show itself but do like the theme music.)

1. "The Big Bang Theory"
Here's the full song. The rest is even better than what gets played on the TV show:

35. "MASH" has lyrics.
It's called "Suicide Is Painless," and it was co-written by the son of Robert Altman, the director of the film on which the show was based.

13. I liked Northern Exposure. In fact they turned me on to more good music than any other show.
I once had the opportunity to ask Diane Frolov, who was one of the writers and played a part in music selection, about their choices. She just said they really loved a wide variety of music and had great researchers who had helped them have the greatest personal music collections ever.
