Retreating to the lounge after my general discussion "defeat"
Obviously the Nader issue is a hot issue with some folks, I wasn't attempting to incite "pro-Nader" dialouge, contrary to popular belief...

3. i tried to start a yak topic today, but it sunk like a rock.
I guess one must be "in" to bring up yaks.

EVERYONE is welcome to bring up yaks. As the creator of the DU yak phenomenom (I am serious here), I personally welcome and encourage its usage.

I am sorry if people ignored you. They aren't yak-worthy if they didn't help you out. I am truly democratic, not wanting anyone left out or feeling they must be part of a clique.

I have always considered all of DU, even people I don't get along with, as part of my clique. :-)

21. He really is the Yak-Daddy,
the creator, the originator, the inspiration behind the Yak phenomenon. And creamed corn, too, but that gets much less press.
