233rd MP Co. coming home!

233rd MP Co. coming home!

This 170-person unit has been on active duty for the last 14 months, the last 11 1/2 of them in the Saddam City area of Baghdad! My best friend and 3 other fellow officers in our sheriff's department are among the 170. They are scheduled to return Saturday to Ft. McCoy, WI, and will be mustered out next Wednesday!

We've been incredibly short-handed locally, because every single Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Guard and Reserve unit in the area is on active duty, depleting our emergency-services agencies to the breaking point.
