Real men drink BROWN DRINKS!!!
Yeah you heard me! Brown Drinks...Maker Mark, Knob Creek, Jim Beam, Glenfiddich, Glenlivet....

Shit even Dewars or Johnny Walker (Black, not Red)

(Yes I am aware of the pretty green drink in my sigline. Yeah, it's not brown. What, ya gonna make something of it????)

8. Anejo and reposado are aged in oak
so they're a little more colorful. Not as much as bourbon, I agree.

14. I've seen pale brown Vodka from Russia
I don't know if it was from being aged in barrels or just the conditions of Russian water supplies

16. blecch
Or maybe dirty distilling equipment.

James Bond tidbit: He used to drop pepper into glasses of Russian Vodka to absorb impurities.

20. That would be Starka.

Grain spirits, flavoured with apple and pear leaves, and a little bit of brandy and port, aged in oak for ten years.

It's on my list of "must-try" drinks, but it seems to be VERY hard to find in the States.

10. Jameson's count?
I don't really drink, but I love me some Jameson's. I spent St. Pat's day listening to the Pogues and drinking that stuff.

15. Pogues and Jameson!
...a perfect party! Try inviting some friends over, filling them with Harp and Guiness, and then inviting everybody to make their own Irish Coffee...second degree burns aside, it can be great craic.

Harp and Guiness...that'll be the main course. Like eating an entire loaf of bread!

18. Funny you should say that, but my reaction to my first Guiness...
...was it was like drinking a loaf of pumpernikle bread. If you get tired of the Pogues, you can drop in the occasional Black 47 or Flogging Molly...

11. Some of those are amber...
...but using the term amber sort of negates the whole real man thing, doesn't it. I lean towards Jameson's Irish, myself...then I begin to lean alot.

27. Am I a real man?
I've oddly developed a taste for rye. I don't really care for other whiskies (I am kind of intrigued by the Laphroig salty-motor-oil thing). But rye -- fire-breathing, hair on your esophagus stuff, there...
