I lost one of my favorite CDs. :cry:

When I get drunk on hard liquor tonight, I'll let you know what else I lose. :D (mostly time by drinking and waiting to sober up...)

but go get your blood checked. Have your doc order a thyroid check. Has your pulse dropped along with your systolic BP? (see, we're gonna get you diagnosed whether you want or not!)

I had my BP checked again, this time by a machine. 147 over 80. Pulse seemed unchanged, around 80~90.

I do have a heart murmur problem though. They say it's nothing to worry about, but oddly enough I don't believe them...

The doc didn't think it was Raynaud's...

Poor blood circulation seems to be the culprit this time, but they've been wrong before... I wish my previous doc hadn't quit... She was always right the first time (atypical for the industry), listened to me (again, atypical for the industry), and worth the extra mileage... And, in the past for other possible concerns, she'd given me thyroid checks (which turned out negative but I appreciated the concern... definitely atypical of the system.)

But the best thing I can do is exercise, big-time, and hope that does some good. I know the sensitivity to cold is worse now as I can't even pick up a package of frozen ground turkey for even 1/2 second before the cold makes holding the package painful.
