I just don't understand!

Come on, I simply reek queerness! Outrageous clothes, flowered shirts, I sometimes dye bits of my hair, I say "oh grapefruits!" instead of "SHIT!!!!!! :grr: " in a masculine tone... I wear a pinky ring for pity sake! Not just a pinky ring, one that changes color depending on my mood!!! My car has a rainbow bumper sticker! I like pretty flower arrangements! I'm much more comfortable around women than men! And if you listen to my voice, there's even a hint of the stereotypic lisp! (fortunately, my years of watching British TV on PBS hav given me a faux British accent which somewhat hides the lisp... :eyes: )

On the minus side, my cube is always in a mess and I struggle not to look at boobs at times, so maybe I do seem slightly heterosexual? :shrug:

my first week of work on the job as a computer operator in a huge complex, I sat in a row of consoles between Edwin, suave guy, and Joyce, HUGE LADY with tits like MISSILES that DEFIED GRAVITY. We were working third shift and it was really slow. Then there was this exchange:

As a co-worker, you could do anything, dress any way, speak however and it would never occur to me to think about whether you are gay or straight. It's just not a question I would wonder about. Not my business, unless I wanted to ask you out or something.

Its always interesting watching the reactions when people find out what the rainbow means. They start to say "But I see those all over the place".

Why struggle not to look at boobs? I'm bi and and I do it all the time (except where it will get me in trouble).
