I'm making an Easter ham,
blackeyed peas with jalapenos, canned sweet potatoes with butter and brown sugar, lettuce and tomato salad with carb free ranch dressing, rolls, and a store bought chocolate cream pie. What is everybody else making today ?

3. Just a thought...
If you're having sweet potatoes, rolls and chocolate cream pie, shouldn't you just go ahead and use the ranch dressing that has carbs in it. :-)

4. Since I don't like ham
We are having a rib roast with twice baked potatoes, homemade bread, corn on the cob & a cucumber salad.

5. Reservations!
No, really, I am going to someone's house.

Because today also is Orthodox Easter (every leap year), I am invited to cousins of my Greek nephew-in-law (and the triplets' father) for a roast lamb feast.

Opaaaaaaaaa!
