Poll question: Modern day cereal...
Edited on Sun Apr-11-04 01:12 PM by HypnoToad
Cereals with bits of real fruit thrown in (dehydrated and chemically treated that not only keeps the "food" from spoiling, but keeping it from being healthy either.)

Cereal that turns the milk blue or pink or some other fun (for "fun", read "godawful") color...

Cereal whose marshmallow bits change colors when wettened by milk.

Does anybody really eat this stuff and NOT worry about possible health risks?!

(edit: I had my double-negatives reversed... :eyes: )

5. The best cereal ever is "Optimum Power" I buy it at Costco...
Edited on Sun Apr-11-04 01:45 PM by Zinfandel

About five bucks for a big 2 1/4 pound box...it's 100% organic, loads of protein, fiber, isoflavones, iron, Omega3, B-12, folic Acid, and calcium.

And take it from a long time "Sugar Pops" and "Captain Crunch" lover...

"Optimum Power" is very tasty, and has blueberries in it.

(Made by Natures Path and NOT Genetically Engineered).

8. Actually freeze-dried fruit is OK
a good amount of the nutrients & enzymes remain intact (no heat is applied) & they don't need to be artificially preserved because there is no moisture.
