New Friday Fight Night Debate Menu: need main dish ideas
Appetizers and Drinks

Jalipino Poppers

Pom Fritz - The traditional french way served with Heinz Ketchup and Mayo in a newspaper cone. *big hit last time. I added garlic too. Recipe below

Tequila Shots (Hey It's Friday Night) Lots of Lime
Sam Adams Beer
Punch

Pom Fritz
4 Lage Patatoes peeled and french fry cut.
Bowl of Water
1/8 cup Sugar
1/8 cup Salt
Black Pepper
Vegtable Oil
Mayonnaise

Place the cut Potatoes in a Bowl of Water, add Sugar and Salt, stir and set aside to soak.
Heat one and a half inch of Vegtable Oil in a Skillet to 350°F.
Add two handfulls of the Potatoes and Fry until Golden Brown.
Remove and drain on a paper towel, dash with Black Pepper.
Serve with a side of Mayonnaise.

The Chicken(hawk) Tenders were a big hit at my party last week.

OK I'll add the chicken(hawk) tenders...that's funny.

Did anyone else make the Beer Butt Chicken? I didn't make it because I didn't think it would serve enough people. I am going to try it though...perhaps next time.
