November 26 Is Buy Nothing Day in the US

While googling, I noticed this is an International Event, though not the same day in all countries. For example, in Japan they have it in April. In the UK it is this Saturday, rather than Friday.

The UK is also having a Buy Nothing Christmas

That would not be a bad idea for us here, especially. No more $$$ for the WAR MACHINE.

Our family bought nothing today and we are making a stand on buying nothing but absolute necessities.

3. I have participated in this for many, many years
The sad thing is I am doing an activist art project tomorrow and I may need to buy some things. It makes me cringe but since the activism that I would be buying for is of greater time constraint importance, I may have to swallow my gall and buy something, though I am calling out to other activists for possible donation of items needed.
