Questions still remain at third UARC forum (HI)

Protesters dressed in clown, skeleton and monkey costumes showed up to voice concerns over the University of Hawaii's proposed University Affiliated Research Center (UARC) and to question the validity of the consultation process at the third and final public forum regarding the UARC. <snip>

"Meetings have been organized to prevent in-depth discussions, they are not consultations," Hsu said. "They have not allowed us to discuss some important concerns." <snip>
