How about this idea to Support our Troops on the 4th of July

What do you think of this idea to support our troops on the 4th of July?

Don't drive your car on July 4th.
They fight for America's ownership of Middle Eastern oil.
If you don't drive, you don't use oil.

It is a tradition to pack yourselves into a SUV and drive to see family and the fireworks. If driving is a must, please be considerate to those who are in harms way by packing light and carpooling.

I have heard the saying from WWII that "When you drive alone you drive with Hitler" now it could be "When you drive alone you drive with Osama." or "When you drive alone you are putting our soldiers in harms way."

so i guess i can do that.

after 9/11 he said to go shopping and i think i forgot to do that. but i'll fly the flag. i have a couple little flags--maybe he'd like to desecrate one and autograph it for me.

Beach locals don't dare leave their homes on holiday weekends !

Southeast Virginia is already the World's Largest Cul-de-Sac, the traffic is normally horrendous getting in and out of this area no matter what time of the year...grrrrrrr.
