Here's a plan!
Hey DU!
Let's get moving on 2004! Instead of bickering about who will be the nominee and who is most electable, let's start registering voters in the Swing States. I am in MD, and we are not in too much danger of going red, but how about all you AZ, OH, WV, etc DU'ers? So let's start a group to register voters in our neighborhoods, universities, coffee shops, etc. We'll keep a running tally to see how many new democrats we can get! This way we will help to do our part in taking back our country!

3. VoterVirgin: Everybody's Doin It In '04
I am all for getting voters motivated. As a matter of fact, I have started a little project called VoterVirgin. The idea is that ANYONE can promote democracy with a smile.
There are a lot of wonderful orgs doing fantastic issue education and outreach. If we can get citizens to register, they will have plenty of opportunity to get educated. So, after years of preaching, and pleading, I developed a shamelessly silly marketing strategy with the hope of making registering and recruiting fun.
Just launched the web site at www.votervirgin.com
I would love to know what you think.
