I give up in Delaware

Thanks to those of you who offered ride in the pants-on-fire mobile with me but lived too far away and thanks for the personal accounts of encounters with it in other states.

I have an extremely liberal but passive group of friends who are afraid to be insulted while riding in it and have made me be be afraid of driving it. I hope the "true majority" of Americans (and Delawareans) are similar to my friends.

I tried to give away Kerry bumper stickers--and managed 30 out of 100 I ordered. Most common resonse: "I don't put any stickers on my car"

I tried to round up people to ride in the pants on fire mobile--free of charges b/c the www.pantsonfire.net people pay for it. No takers.

I'm about to give up.

Have you tried by the universities? I know UDEL is packed with Kerry bumper stickers (and supporters).

Whereabouts were you trying with the bumper stickers? (the wife is interested in one). You might want to PM if you don't want to give too specific info away to lurkers with bad intentions.
