State-by-state voting trends--who has a link? Goobergunch?

Earlier this year, somebody posted an analysis which states are trending R or D over the Presidential election cycles. This was done by comparing the % of the vote received by a candidate in each state, compared to the % the candidate received nationally.

Does anyone have a link to this study??
